Main essentials are period pads, reusable pads (made of charcoal padding and PUL waterprooof material) for any leakage, waterproof make shift ice pack/hot water heating pad, roller bottle essential oil, hair ties, flip flops, soft headband, shower cap, refillable water bottle, and reuseable cotton flannel washcloths, natural tea. Wet bags come in two sizes small which can fit a diaper or two (cloth/disposable) and wipes. The large wet bag holds 12 cloth diapers and closes without issues. lol
