1. Scheduling Services: Members can schedule service through text, call, or the website’s “Appointment Booking” tab.
2. Detailed Requests: Members are encouraged to leave detailed notes about their service requests/changes to ensure that Clean Baby Booty can provide timely and personalized service. A print-out of service details will be given to client for conformation and signed by both parties.
The Service:
On the day of service, Monday and Thursday are pick-up & drop-off. days (diaper service is on a hour day rotation)
· Clean and sanitized items are returned.
· Wash My Stash (we service your own diaper stash) service return is within 24-48 hours after receiving the stash.
Communication: Members are encouraged to communicate any specific instructions or changes via text or email for exchange of diaper service.
Pricing and Options: During consultation, all pricing and service options are discussed openly. 7% sales tax is added to Clean Baby Booty products.
