The Process:
For Prospective Members:
1. Contact Options: Members can easily reach out to Clean Baby Booty for a consultation via text at 352-509-5413 or by clicking on the “Contact Us” tab on the website.
For Established Members:
1. Scheduling Services: Members can schedule service through text, call, or the website’s “Appointment Booking” tab.
2. Detailed Requests: Members are encouraged to leave detailed notes about their service requests/changes to ensure that Clean Baby Booty can provide timely and personalized service. A print-out of service details will be given to client for conformation and signed by both parties.
The Service:
On the day of service, Monday and Thursday are pick-up & drop-off. days (diaper service is on a hour day rotation)
· Clean and sanitized items are returned.
· Wash My Stash (we service your own diaper stash) service return is within 24-48 hours after receiving the stash.
Communication: Members are encouraged to communicate any specific instructions or changes via text or email for exchange of diaper service.
Pricing and Options: During consultation, all pricing and service options are discussed openly. 7% sales tax is added to Clean Baby Booty products.
These guidelines service are ensure customer satisfaction and make the cloth diapering experience hassle-free for families.
Wash My Stash Members:
***If a pre-wash at home does not occur prior to washing a $10 charge will be applied to your invoice. A fee is also applied after 24 hours if we do not receive communication where delivery/drop-off will be made or picked up by customer.
“Poop happens” needing a wash ASAP, we can provide an express option for you. A service charge will apply of $15 per load with the one time regular wash and dry price.
*Any changes to service will reflect on your invoice and a new copy will be provided.
